Moreton Manor

Moreton Manor, originally built in 1858, was carefully restored after sitting derelict for more than a decade. The heritage renovation revitalises the grand Bondi residence while introducing contemporary luxury. Works included extensive internal upgrades with new kitchen, bathroom and laundry spaces, a glazed link improving circulation and natural light, and a modern off-form concrete wing. A new swimming pool, deck and landscaped grounds complete the transformation.
